A shortlist of three names has been nominated for the SkyBet Championship Player of the Season award.
Newcastle United striker Dwight Gayle, Leeds United attacker Chris Wood and Brighton & Hove Albion attacking midfielder Anthony Knockaert are the candidates for the 2016/17 prize.
Englishman Gayle has scored 21 goals for the title favourites, three behind New Zealand international Wood who has enjoyed a stellar season for Leeds with 24 goals.
French winger Knockaert has netted 13 goals and seven assists for the Seagulls.
In League One, Sheffield United pair Billy Sharp and John Fleck are nominated along with Scunthorpe United's Josh Morris.
League Two sees Doncaster Rovers duo James Coppinger and John Marquis up against Luton Town's Danny Hylton.
The annual EFL awards night takes place in London on Sunday, April 9.
