Newcastle United are launching a bid for Juventus wing-back Mauricio Isla.
Isla was one of Chile's stars at the World Cup, putting in some impressive displays before being eliminated to Brazil on penalties.
El Mercurio says Newcastle are set to offer £8million for the star, which could spark a flurry of bids for suitors.
Isla can play at right- back and in a more advanced position on the flank.
