Newcastle United goalkeeper Matz Sels has agreed personal terms with Anderlecht.
After spending the season on-loan at Anderlecht, Sels is eager to sign permanently and has already settled on a five-year contract.
However, HLN says there's still some way to go for the deal to be rubberstamped.
Newcastle paid €6.6m for Sels when signing him from AA Gent two years ago and are demanding at least €4m from Anderlecht to sell. Such a fee could be out of reach of the Belgian giants.
For his part, Sels has already agreed to take a major cut on his €1m salary at Newcastle to smooth negotiations.
