Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul is quietly confident of his place in Louis van Gaal's squad.
Krul is vying for one of the three places in the World Cup squad on offer at Brazil.
Having been described as "the best goalie in Holland" by Alan Pardew ahead of the friendlies during the current international break, Krul knows he has it all to play for.
He said: "I just have to keep working as hard as I can.
"I feel confident at the moment. I am just hoping I get my chance to show what I can do."
