Birmingham City are set to land Newcastle United goalkeeper Steve Harper.

The Daily Mail says Harper is set to join Birmingham City as player-coach - a huge hint that the Championship club will listen to offers for 19-year-old England goalkeeper Jack Butland.

Harper, 37, is out of contract at Newcastle United, having been a keeper there since 1993, and is considering an offer from former team-mate Lee Clark.
