Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is reviving his bid for PSV Eindhoven defender Erik Pieters.
The Daily Mail says Pardew is finally hoping to seal a deal for PSV Eindhoven's 23-year-old Holland international Pieters who he has tried to sign in the last two transfer windows.
The £5million-rated left-back is a close friend of Tim Krul, has made 10 appearances for his country and will be part of the Euro 2012 squad.
