Newcastle United hero Nobby Solano says he could play on for Hartlepool United next season.

Solano admits he is still loving life as a player at the age of 36 with Pools in the third flight.

He told the Evening Chronicle: "I don't know if this is going to be my last season or not.

"Maybe I can play for one more?

"We will see, the main thing is I have a great chance with Hartlepool and I am enjoying working with Mick Wadsworth once again."
