Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew says victory over Chelsea shows they've already moved on from losing Demba Ba last month.

Ba came and went within 40 minutes as he was forced off with a broken nose.

Pardew said: "Teams do move on. This club has had Andy Cole and Alan Shearer. How can you move on from that quality of player?

"Demba did a great job for us, but new players come and new stars emerge."
