Newcastle United are locked in talks for PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet.
The 22 year-old has impressed during two seasons on loan with RKC Waalwijk.
Toon have already had one offer turned down by PSV, but the Dutch club are resigned to losing Zoet this summer.
