Newcastle United are set to again go after Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis.
The Mirror reports that the Magpies are determined to lure the 28-year old to St James' Park but will need to pay around £100,000-a-week.
Gomis, who comes out of contact with Lyon next month, has been followed by Newcastle for some time but the north east club has never been able to get their man.
The 12-time France international is also attracting interest from Sunderland, Swansea City and West Ham United.
