Newcastle United fullback Shane Ferguson is happy where he is this season.
Ferguson has been the target of several Championship clubs this season who would like to take him on loan, with the loan deadline on the horizon at the end of the month.
He told the Evening Chronicle: "At the minute because of injuries, it's hard for me to go out on loan.
"They need back-up in case anyone else gets injured.
"I'm happy to be here, and to keep impressing and showing the manager what I can do."
