Newcastle United may have unearthed another French bargain.
The Times says Toon chief scout Graham Carr is watching Olympique Marseilles France U19 defender Christophe Lowinsky.
Given Newcastle's growing French-speaking contingent, Lowinsky would favour a move to Tyneside should he choose to quit l'OM in the summer.
