Newcastle United have dropped their bid for Wigan Athletic winger Charles N'Zogbia.
The Mirror says Newcastle have pulled out of the race to sign N'Zogbia because of his £60,000-a-week wage demands.
The Toon were prepared to pay Wigan's £12million asking price to bring N'Zogbia back to St James' Park.
But boss Alan Pardew has gone off signing the French winger because of what he feels are his high personal terms.
