Newcastle United defender Mike Williamson knows they face a fresh test against Harry Redknapp's QPR.
Centre-half Willliamson hopes Newcastle do not fall foul of the Redknapp effect. Rangers are unbeaten in four games under their new boss.
He said: "A new manager has come in and you can see they're more organised. But it's really all about focusing on ourselves and what we can do on the pitch.
"We know that if we turn up, we have the players to create and score goals - and if we are tight enough as a defensive unit and avoid the mistakes of the past few weeks, then it will be about what we do."
