Newcastle United defender Chancel Mbemba is attracting interest from around Europe in the offseason.
Mbemba did not enjoy a very good season at Newcastle, but he is on the radar of German club Hoffenheim.
Mbemba is said to be eager to leave Newcastle, where his chances of being a first team regular under manager Rafa Benitez are very slim.
A move to Hoffenheim would give Mbemba the chance to get regular first team football, while playing for a club that is in the UEFA Champions League next season.
He only played 15 times for Newcastle this season, with the likes of Jamaal Lascelles, Ciaran Clark and Florian Lejeune ahead of him in the center back pecking order.
