Newcastle United defender Curtis Good enjoyed his loan spell at Bradford City.

The Aussie defender helped the Bantams reach the Capital One Cup final and made a Wembley appearance in his first year in the English game.

He told the Evening Chronicle: "It was a brilliant experience. To be part of the something like that with Bradford is special.

"It's hard to describe really. Unfortunately the final didn't go the way we wanted it to.

"But when you come up against a team like Swansea they are going to want the ball a lot so we couldn't create a lot. I was proud of the boys for getting there."
