Newcastle United are in contact with the agent of PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen.

Voetbal International says the Toon and Borussia Mönchengladbach have opened talks with Martin Dahlin about a move to England for the Sweden international.

Tottenham Hotspur, Sunderland and Liverpool have also been linked with Toivonen this past season.

Dahlin is understood to have an agreement with PSV that Toivonen will be allowed to leave for a price of €10 million.
