Newcastle United have denied takeover talks with an Indian party.
It has been claimed the club had hosted an Indian delegation, who were ready to invest.
But Newcastle managing director Derek Llambias has denied any talks have taken place.
"No-one has visited the club," he told the Daily Express.
"There has been no approach from any Indian consortium or businessman and Newcastle United are not looking for one."
