Newcastle United are moving for Swansea City midfielder Darren Pratley.

The former Fulham junior is off contract next month and expected to leave the Swans - no matter what happens in their promotion playoff final.

Pratley has held talks with Bolton Wanderers about a Premier League move.

However, the Daily Mail says Toon are also making a pitch to the midfielder.
