Newcastle United are calm over reports Tottenham are planning a bid for goalkeeper Tim Krul.
The Evening Chronicle says Krul was linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur over the weekend but will not make any decisions on his future yet.
There were no firm offers for Krul before Holland flew out to Brazil and strict Dutch manager Louis van Gaal has banned all talk of transfers in the camp and ordered the players' focus to on the World Cup.
