Newcastle United are on the brink of signing Tenerife striker Ayoze Perez.
After 16 goals in 34 Segunda Division games this season, Perez has been linked with Real Madrid, Porto and Manchester City.
However, Cadena Ser says Perez will be moving to Newcastle this summer, with only minor details needing to be ironed out.
Despite an offer from Porto, Perez has decided on moving to Newcastle.
