Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew won't be fining Yohan Cabaye as he attempts to force through a move to Arsenal.
The Daily Star says there is a chance the 27-year-old will still be at the club when the window shuts.
Which is why Pardew is reluctant to adopt a confrontational approach with him.
Cabaye has not been fined for effectively going on strike and Pardew is determined to maintain a good relationship with him.
