Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is urging Papiss Cisse to draw inspiration from Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.
Pardew sees parallels between his struggling striker and Chelsea's Torres, who has looked rejuvenated under new boss Jose Mourinho.
"Torres has worked hard in training and trying to find form," he said.
"Sometimes when you search for it, in that searching sometimes you don't look your best. You try too hard or try to score from angles that aren't on or fail to take opportunities. I think Papiss is fighting that at the moment. He needs to find a way back to true form, because when he scores we look a great side. We've got faith in him, he's such an honest player and he works hard. Sometimes it just needs to fall into place, a game or a goal can kick start that. I'm pleased for Torres, he's an asset for the Premier League."
