Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew feels he's still a striker short.

QPR forward Loic Remy has arrived on-loan this week.

And Pardew told the Evening Chronicle: "We need more firepower. Even last night we need that other option to Papiss Cisse.

"Shola is coming on nicely and Gouff is coming on too. We have a nice little pool there now. Hopefully we still have another player to come in, maybe two."
