Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has hit back at Arsenal counterpart Arsene Wenger.
Toulouse's £3million midfield man Moussa Sissoko and Nancy left-back Massadio Haidara sealed moves yesterday.
Arsenal chief Wenger said it was unfair that only some teams would have to face a Toon side with so many new faces.
But Pards said: "Arsene wants 12 racing cars all the same - he's the best manager, so he wins. We have followed the rules."
