Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew admits Nile Ranger is on his own.

The Newcastle striker has hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons of late, having been arrested twice in the last six weeks.

Pardew believes that Ranger now needs to find his own motivation for improving.

"He needs to sit himself down and have a good talking to himself. Because everyone else has talked to him. We're at that stage now," he said.
