Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has rapped former club Crystal Palace for pulling out of a deal for Dan Gosling.

Gosling missed out on the move over a failed medical.

Pardew told the Evening Chronicle: "The point they raised wasn't true.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with him.

"I am disappointed with them on that."
