Alan Pardew is not panicking over the poor run of form Newcastle United has produced recently.
The Toon have lost their past three Premier League outings to fall to 14th on the table but Pardew is remaining calm ahead of the trip to Stoke City tomorrow night.
"We are certainly not panicking, but we need to be conscious of where we are in the division and that we have got tough games around the corner," said the Magpies boss.
"We are going to need to kick into gear - and kick into gear with some key players (Yohan Cabaye and Steven Taylor) missing, by the way.
"That means we have all got to work that little bit harder."
