Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew insists there's no problem with Papiss Cisse after his strop during victory over QPR.

Pardew was asked whether he was annoyed by Cisse's refusal to shake his hand as he walked off the pitch.

The Toon boss said: "We did shake hands. It just followed a little bit longer than usual.

"Papiss wants to score. He has been working for the team on the right-hand side and he has had chances from there.

"I just felt we had lost our way and had run out of ideas. He was unlucky that I chose him to go off over Demba."
