Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is still shopping this summer.
The Toon manager would still like another striker at St James' Park and is also keen on another right-back despite the arrival of Holland international Daryl Janmaat.
He said: "It will be interesting. We've got nice options and can face the season with a team that we can change.
"The problem with the Premier League is that if you play the same team week in, week out against the top teams, you won't ever gain an advantage.
"We have to be fluid and sometimes change, but we need the options to change. Late last year, and in the Europa League year, I didn't have those offensive options."
