Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is ready to give Yohan Cabaye a fresh chance against Aston Villa.
Cabaye is poised to make a return to Newcastle United's starting XI at Aston Villa after "working overtime" during the international break to win his place back in Pardew's starting line-up.
Pardew told the Evening Chronicle: "He's been able to get a lot of work done. His wife has just had a baby too.
"Yohan has just got on with his work and settled down.
"He's getting on with the job in hand.
"He's been terrific and he's just got his head down to get on with life."
