Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew says Paul Dummett deserves a full Wales cap.
The Geordie boy was an unused sub for Wales' recent defeats against Macedonia and Serbia during what were dead-rubber encounters for Chris Coleman's troops.
Pardew told the Evening Chronicle: "I know Chris Coleman very well from our Palace days.
"I am sure Chris's pool isn't that great and Dummett will come into his thinking at some point.
"He's been a terrific bonus for us this pre-season.
"Everybody loves him and he's a proper local boy that's come through the system."
