Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew will have no problem fielding Paul Dummett in the derby against Sunderland.
The fullback scored his first goal at senior level in yesterday's 2-2 draw with Liverpool.
Pardew said: "Steven Taylor was touch and go to be available I cannot imagine he will not be roaring at me on Monday telling me he is ready to play.
"He will get the nod over Paul because you need experience in the derby but if Steven or Willo have a knock I will turn to Paul no problem. He has proved against the toughest of opposition that he can handle it."
