Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is pleased with backroom team he's assembled.
Pardew has entrusted John Carver and Steve Stone as his main men and was delighted to see Sir Bobby Robson's No 2 commit himself to the Magpies for the next five and half years.
Speaking on the trusty and experienced coaches, Pardew told the Evening Chronicle: "I am very happy with the staff I have here.
"It has worked very, very well."
Paying tribute to Carver, he added: "I can see why he was a success here last time round.
"Also why he is a successful coach.
"He has worked very well with myself and I am very pleased."
