Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is confident keeping hold of QPR striker Loic Remy.
Remy is due to return to Loftus Road at the end of the season.
However, Pardew believes Newcastle are still in the mix for his signature.
He said: "We have a chance of keeping him and I would like to think it is a good chance.
"I just think he has had a good year. Sometimes you can be a good fit at a club, and he is here."
