Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is full of praise for skipper Fabricio Coloccini.

Coloccini was again excellent in victory over Crystal Palace.

"Fabricio Coloccini is a special player and he proved that today.

"Sometimes you take him for granted, because he is the captain and he has got flowing curly hair, but he was terrific," said Pardew.
