Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew admits Papiss Demba Cisse has struggled to settle on Tyneside.
The January signing from Freiberg is struggling to make an impact.
"You're doing it through interpreters and the message can get lost. But he already speaks four languages and he's diligent so it's not going to be a problem.
"He found the last couple of games tough but what I do know is that in training, his finishing is a huge asset. The problem that we've got at the moment is that we're not creating enough chances for him."Pardew concede: "It's difficult for Papiss because he can't speak English so I can't explain to him in great detail what I want him to do and what he can do for the team.
