Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is eager for the summer market to shut.

Pardew admits that whilst the transfer window remains open, there is always the possibility that a big offer could come in.

"I worry about losing all my players because we're not Manchester United or Manchester City. We're always vulnerable," he said.

"I'm looking forward to September 1 now because by then we'll all know where we are."
