Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has dismissed injury concerns over striker Andy Carroll.

Pardew has allayed fears that Andy Carroll will be out until April with the thigh injury which has sidelined him for the past three weeks.

He said: "Andy has looked a lot better recently and has a chance of featuring at Fulham (next Wednesday)."

Carroll is also expected to be offered new terms by Toon in the coming weeks.
