Newcastle United are eyeing Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard.
Lingard has impressed on tour of the US with United this month.
The Manchester Evening News says he has been linked with a move to Newcastle, where he would again link up with Steve McClaren, who had the 22-year-old on loan at Derby last season.
But the player has stated he'd like to stay and fight for a place at United this season.
