Newcastle United boss Kevin Keegan won't play his kids until preseason.

"I will look at the youngsters in the pre-season," KK told the club's website. "We have got some decent young players at this club, but the players who have the shirts at the moment want to keep them.

"I want to encourage it, as I think it's a good thing."
