Newcastle United boss Kevin Keegan won't rule out trying for Barcelona superstar Ronaldinho at the end of the season.

Keegan confirmed he had Barca trio Ronaldinho, Deco and Lionel Messi watched at last week's 3-2 Champions League win at Celtic.

The People says Ronaldinho was on the wishlist he handed billionaire Mike Ashley before taking over at St James' Park.

"We need to shop at the top end of the market because you've got no future if you don't get the present right," said Keegan.
