Newcastle boss Keegan admits attacking concerns

Newcastle United boss Kevin Keegan admits he has concerns over his attack.

Obafemi Martins, Mark Viduka and Michael Owen are all crocked and missed the club's training trip to Majorca.

King Kev admitted: "We haven't got that zip yet. We are down to one forward - and that is Alan Smith. We have strikers coming back so Viduka is the only one who will miss the start. Martins should be OK for Saturday but we have always known Mark would be out.

"Michael will be back with us soon but it will take some work to get him fit. We have to be different with him as he picked up a calf strain.

"Alan's confidence is OK but he will always work hard. We haven't done a lot of finishing yet - not much work with the strikers - but now we will be able to do that."
