Newcastle United boss Chris Hughton is determined to resist any offer from Tottenham for defender Mike Williamson.
The Daily Star says Toon chief Chris Hughton has cover at the back in Sol Campbell and Steven Taylor, who is fit again after an injury-plagued 12 months.
But with Taylor still on the transfer list having failed to sign a new contract and veteran Campbell having rarely played this season, the Newcastle boss will not be tempted to cash in on Williamson.
