Newcastle United boss John Carver says Ryan Taylor and Jonas Gutierrez will see derby action today against Sunderland.
Carver is hoping both players can play a key role in a derby win.
He insisted: "Can you imagine Jonas getting the winner in the last minute? All the emotions would take over, I would think, from everybody. It would be fantastic.
"We've all seen how he's fitted back in. He's worked extremely hard to get himself in the condition he's in, so it's certainly a thing that dreams are made of and it would be a fitting way to end this run.
"That last win [in the Tyne Wear derby] was nice - it was a bit of magic from Ryan.
"He's reaped the benefits of that. Unfortunately, he hasn't played much since but he's become a bit of a cult hero.
"He's even got a song named after him, so that's how important it is.''
