Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez is demanding a huge transfer kitty to move to West Ham.
The Daily Express says Benitez has demanded a £100million transfer kitty to leave Newcastle and take over as West Ham boss.
The Spaniard also wants full control of transfers and a £6million-a-year salary.
Former Liverpool boss Benitez is West Ham's No.1 choice to succeed David Moyes at the London Stadium.
Zenit are also reportedly keen on Benitez, who has a £6million release clause in his contract on Tyneside. The Russian side are looking for a new boss after Roberto Mancini took over the Italian national team.
