Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez is calm over interest from Chelsea in Jamaal Lascelles.

Benitez will be able to keep hold of all his Newcastle players in January, says the Northern Echo.

It has been reported that Chelsea are keeping an eye on Magpies captain Lascelles.

However, Benitez will not be under any pressure to sell in January, as long as Newcastle remain in contention for automatic promotion.

Newcastle owner Mike Ashley is apparently happy with the financial position of the club.
