Newcastle United boss Sam Allardyce has pumped Emre for information on Turkey teammate Sanli Tuncay.
The striker is coming off contract at Fenerbahce and wants a move abroad. The Journal says Emre has confirmed that Allardyce has asked him about his Turkish international colleague.
