St Etienne are inviting Premier League offers for defender Moustapha Bayal.
Bayal has been transfer-listed by St Etienne ahead of the summer market.
Newcastle United and Bolton Wanderers have been linked with the 25 year-old.
He joined the Ligue 1 club during the summer of 2006 from Senegalese club US Gorée following a brief spell with in IK Start in Norway.
