Birmingham City chairman David Gold has hit out at the agent of midfielder Sebastian Larsson.
Sweden midfielder Larsson is a target for Newcastle United, Blackburn Rovers and Wigan Athletic.
Larsson's agent Per Jonsson admitted he was annoyed by those words and said: "Maybe Birmingham will get an offer they can't refuse."
But Gold is standing firm and believes the agent is trying to get former Arsenal player Larsson a move to the Premier League.
"Seb's agent sounds like a man with a chip on his shoulder," said Gold. "But my comments remain. I know Seb wants to play in the Premier League but we want him to help us get promoted.
"The agent sounds like a man that is looking to get his player a move.
"I haven't met him but if I get the opportunity then I'll try to iron out the issues."
